Kartik Aaryan starts ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ shoot, calls it career’s ‘biggest film’

After the phenomenal success of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, Kartik Aaryan started shooting for the sequel on March 9. The actor announced the same on Instagram, calling it his career’s ‘biggest film’.

Kartik offered his prayers at his home mandir (temple) before starting ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ shoot. He wrote, “Starting The Biggest Film Of My Career Today #Shubharambh #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 (sic).”

Anees Bazmee is directing the project. The film is touted to be bigger than ever with OG Manjulika aka Vidya Balan returning to the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ franchise after garnering critical appreciation for her performance in the 2007 film, starring Akshay Kumar.

Before the official announcement, IndiaToday.in exclusively shared, “The makers are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ raises the bar for the audience as well. The film will see Vidya Balan return as Manjulika after the first film. Vidya was offered the part, and she was really kicked about getting into the character of Manjulika once again.”

Not just Vidya, the film will see Triptii Dimri in a pivotal role. The announcement was made in February with a guessing game for fans.

‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ will reportedly release on Diwali 2024.
