For the second day in a row, gold and silver are trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Tuesday.
Witnessing a marginal hike of Rs 235 or 0.44 per cent, gold futures, maturing on February 3, 2023, were retailing at Rs 53,561 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, silver futures, maturing on March 3, 2023, recorded a jump of Rs 464 or 0.71 per cent, and were trading at Rs 65,552 per kg.
Notably, the prices of gold and silver stood at Rs 52,931 per 10 grams and Rs 63,461 per kg respectively when the market closed on December 5.
