Hours after Donald Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts he faced in the hush money criminal trial, his daughter Ivanka Trump, known for her minimal involvement in her father’s political realm at present, offered her response to the verdict.

Following Thursday’s legal proceedings, Ivanka, the second child of Donald Trump and his first wife Ivana, took to social media to post a nostalgic image. The photo shows a young Trump holding his daughter Ivanka, along with the caption “I love you Dad” and a heart emoji.

A Manhattan jury has convicted Trump on all 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide payments made to Stormy Daniels, a porn star, in a bid to silence her regarding their alleged affair before the 2016 US presidential election.

Earlier in 2022, Ivanka Trump ruled out any involvement in her father’s 2024 US presidential campaign, emphasising her main objective is to focus on her young children and family, rather than politics. The 42-year-old had previously served as a senior advisor in the Trump administration, holding the position of Director of the Office of Economic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship.

“Ivanka is fully supportive of her dad and loves him very much despite his conviction,” a source told the Post.
