The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) secured an impressive victory in the Rajasthan Assembly election, winning 115 seats.

As the “revolving door trend” continued in the state where an incumbent party has not been voted back to power in the last 30 years.

Riding on BJP’s bull in the state, party MLA Balmukund Acharya, who won the Hawa Mahal seat in Jaipur, swung into action and ordered to shut down all the non-veg food stalls on the streets in the area.

As per a video going viral on social media, the BJP MLA can be seen calling an officer and asking him to shut down all the roadside non-veg eateries from the street by the evening.

“Can non-veg be sold openly on the road? Answer yes or no. So, you support this. All roadside non-veg stalls should be shut down immediately. I will take the report from you in the evening. I don’t care who the officer is,” the BJP MLA told the officer.

Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi reacted to the viral video and wondered how can anyone such thing? Calling the order ‘incorrect’, Owaisi said, “No one can stop it. If someone wants to set up a non-veg food stall, how can anyone stop it?”
