Gold is expensive on Thursday, with the daily price of 22 and 24-carat (K) gold rising by ₹10 and ₹11 for each gram, respectively, from the corresponding rates on the previous day, the Goodreturns website shows.

Accordingly, one gram of 22K gold comes for ₹5665, eight gram for ₹45,320, while 10 gram and 100 gram are rated at ₹56,650 and ₹5,66,500, respectively. Similarly, for 24K of the yellow metal, buyers must pay ₹6180 (one gram), ₹49,440 (eight gram), ₹61,800 (10 gram) and ₹6,18,000 (100 gram).

Silver, on the other hand, has the same daily price as yesterday, as per Goodreturns. To buy one gram of silver, therefore, customers must spend ₹74.60, ₹596.80 for eight gram, ₹746 for 10 gram, ₹7460 for 100 gram, and ₹74,600 for 1 kilogram.
