Railway cop who killed 4 on board train was ‘completely sane’: Chargesheet

With his service weapon aboard the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express in July, is completely sane, the chargesheet filed by the Government Railway Police (GRP) in the case stated. It added that Chaudhary was aware of what he was doing, news agency ANI reported on Monday.

The chargesheet, which is more than 1,000 pages long and was filed before a local court in Mumbai suburbs, stated that it relied on the depositions of over 150 witnesses before drawing the conclusion.
