The United Hindu Front on Sunday held a protest against Justin Trudeau at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar.

Where they expressed their disapproval against the Canadian Prime Minister’s alleged support and protection of anti-India Khalistanis. The United Hindu Front suggested that if Trudeau was so supportive of the Khalistanis, he should consider creating a new Khalistan country within Canada.

“If the Prime Minister of Canada loves Khalistanis so much, then why doesn’t he break up a part of Canada and create a new Khalistan country? We will be the first to give him recognition,” said Jai Bhagwan Goyal, International Working President of the United Hindu Front.

The protestors demanded that Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a prominent figure among the Khalistanis, be handed over to India.

At the gathering in Canada on September 10, Pannun, the chief of the banned US-based Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) outfit, issued threats against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar among other top leaders.

The right-wing group said that a memorandum outlining their demands was submitted to Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

Goyal stated that despite repeated protests from the government, Trudeau’s stance on the Khalistanis remains unchanged. He noted that even after discussions with the Prime Minister during the G-20 summit, Trudeau continued to support the Khalistanis upon his return to Canada.

He warned that if Trudeau continues to protect the Khalistanis, they will recall Indian students studying at Canadian universities and discourage future students from pursuing higher education in Canada.
