As the Bharat Jodo Yatra resumed after a 9-day break, former Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) chief Amarjit Singh Dulat on Tuesday joined the yatra and walked with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
In a picture shared by Congress on its official Twitter handle, the former RAW chief can be seen holding hands with Rahul Gandhi as he joined the foot march in the Babarpur area of Delhi.
Earlier, former Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governor Raghuram Rajan joined Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan in December last year. Actor and Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) chief Kamal Haasan also participated in the march in Delhi on December 24.
Furthermore, Bollywood actors Pooja Bhatt, Swara Bhasker, among others have also walked alongside Gandhi during the march.
BHARAT JODO YATRA ENTERS UP
Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra entered Uttar Pradesh via the Loni border in Ghaziabad on Tuesday after it resumed from Kashmiri Gate in Delhi.
It will travel through Uttar Pradesh from January 3 to 5 to reach Haryana on January 6 before leaving it on January 10 and entering Punjab on January 11.
