Central Park supports Siddhi in plantation drive at Flower Valley, Gurugram

Aug 06, 2018

Central Park, a leading luxury real estate developer in the Delhi/NCR region, today organised a planation drive with Siddhi, a Spiritual NGO, and planted saplings at Central Park Flower Valley.

Dr. Meenaa Mahaajjan, Founder of Siddhi, is the force behind this noble initiative. Dr. Meenaa Mahaajjan is a spiritual Coach & a Transformation Coach and has initiated an Environment Drive GREEN SIDDHI since May, 2018. She was felicitated for her exemplary work towards generating awareness around issues pertaining to environment and the need for communities to come together to save the environment for future generations.

Sharing her views on the cause, Dr. Meenaa Mahaajjan said, “Nature is beautiful and it has nurtured all species for thousands of years. Urban expansion has somewhere led to exploitation. My mission as a spiritual coach has always been to share a common vision with all. It is empowering to see eminent people in the builder industry who are sensitive to environment and are creating spaces of preservation of Mother Nature. This is a way to give back. I am impressed by the vision of Shri. Amarjit Bakshi who is sensitive to the environment and is creating 70% of green spaces with 30% concrete living. I’m happy to see that the children being brought up in Central Park properties are so connected to nature and value its existence.”

Siddhi’s association with Central Park for the plantation drive is a big message to the society that we must think beyond our personal selves and build an environment conducive for healthy living. More than 250 volunteers including Central Park residents, business partners, and Siddhi representatives participated in the plantation drive. Other notable personalities present during the tree plantation drive include Mr. Tej Tawar, MLA Sohna, Siddharth Zarabi, Executive Director, BTVi, Mr. Surender Nagar, Rashtriya Sanyojak Pichda Varg Aayog, Mr. Ashutosh Kaushik - Renowned Actor & Winner of TV Sows Roadies & Big Boss, Mrs. Anisha Safaya, Mrs. India Universe, Ms. Payal Dhupar, Advocate Supreme Court of India, Mr. Sanjeev Dev Malik, Managing Director – Asian News Channel & GNN - Global News Network, Mr. Lalit Bhardwaj, Head RSS, Mr. Shailendra Sharma, Director News1 India, Rekha Vohra, renowned Astrologer, Tarrot Card Reader, Animal Activist,  to name a few.

Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Vineet Nanda, President – Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience, Central Park said, “Central Park is committed towards building a sustainable tomorrow for all and wants to be an active contributor in maintaining ecological balance.  This stems from the vision of our promotor Mr. A S Bakshi who is passionate about ensuring that residents receive premium quality of life through open green spaces full of light, clean air and clean water. Today’s plantation drive with Green Siddhi is a small step from our end to bring more like-minded individuals and communities to join hands for a greener and healthier tomorrow. We are appreciative of Team Siddhi, which is working actively towards sensitizing people about benefits of preserving and maintaining adequate green cover.

Siddhi invited 60 underprivileged children from remote areas of Delhi/NCR to do plantations in the Flower Valley and have an experience of their lifetime. The joy on the faces of these amazing children clearly showed that it was their first ever experience. A heartfelt Thank You to Mr. Amarjit Bakshi, Mr. Vineet Nanda, Mr. Anish Nanda, Ms. Suneet Singh, Mr. Manish Bery and Mr. Sanjeev Singh with the entire Team of Central Park who supported Siddhi in its mission to MAKE A CHANGE!
