PM Modi addressed the gathering of youth at Gautam Buddha University on the occasion of 22nd National Youth festival.
Assuring the youth that the government has created an ecosystem of innovation, PM said start-ups will prove to be a boon for the socio-economic development of the country.
PM also said 10 crore people across the nation got a boost for self-employment under the Mudra scheme.
PM Modi urged the youth to take the country forward towards a new India by 2022.
PM Modi stressed on the importance of skill development for youth along with education. He said today's era belongs to skilled and talented. He said the government is focussed on creating the youth skilled under the Skill India mission.
PM also exhorted the youth to keep a positive approach and take inspiration from Gautam Buddha and Swami Vivekananda.
PM also told the youth not be afraid of challenging times. He said India's inclusive growth is possible by countrymen helping each other while also emphasising on sports and yoga.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore were also present at the event.

Addressing a gathering in Belgaum, Karnataka through video conferencing, PM said Swami Vivekananda's vision was to make India free of casteism and a prosperous nation and the youth must work towards making India a stronger nation.
